Tuesday, June 27 — 7:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL)
Arrangements have been made for fellows to tour Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) prior to the start of the program review. Participation will require advanced submission of a protocol visitor information form to be shared by Krell staff in early May.
Fellows should arrive in San Francisco on Monday, June 26, with meeting registration to begin at 3:30 p.m. The LLNL tour has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 27; busses will depart the InterContinental Mark Hopkins at 7:00 a.m. and return to the meeting hotel around 8:00 p.m. following an evening reception. Lunch will be provided on the laboratory campus.
All attendees must also present a photo ID and proof of US citizenship as part of the badging process to take place ahead of the tour. Attendees should act accordingly to ensure that this documentation is current, on hand and packed prior to leaving home for the program review. Note that computers, cell phones, smart watches and other electronics are strictly prohibited on the laboratory campus and should be left at the meeting hotel. For related information, refer to LLNL's visitorand protocolpages.
