Viktor Rozsa is lead author of a paper reporting how the presence of ions and confinement in nanoscale spaces affect water’s structure and electronic properties.
They’ll research astronomy, electrical engineering, physics and materials in residence at Department of Energy National Nuclear Security Administration laboratories.
