Summary of Research

I am interested in quantum many-body dynamics, specifically in unique cases where thermalization fails to occur. Recently, I've been developing methods to understand the many-body localized phase, which fails to thermalize and is uniquely robust to perturbation. Examples of such tools are the Adiabatic Gauge Potential, the generator of adiabatic deformations of eigenstates originally introduced as a measure of quantum chaos, and renormalization group techniques such as Wegner Flow.
