This work presents a novel slip boundary condition to impose a desired contact angle in phase field simulations. Contrary to most of the other boundary conditions that impose contact angles, this method works directly through a momentum balance at the wall as opposed to modifying the mass transport equation and/or imposing a navier slip boundary condition. Results obtained for a static drop in quiescent flow are compared to analytical solutions at varying contact angles.
