Krell Institute has reserved a block of rooms for attendees at a special rate.
Please note: Rooms will be guaranteed/direct billed to Krell's master account, however, guests will be asked to supply a credit card upon check in to cover incidentals.
Hilton Members: Hilton Honors members may opt to pay for their own room to accumulate points for their stay. Those wishing to do so should include a check-in date, check-out date and valid Hilton Honors number when completing the registration form. This information will be submitted to the hotel and a credit card will be required at check in. Lodging and incidental charges will be billed to the card and will earn Hilton Honors points.
Federal Employees: A limited number of government-rate rooms have been reserved. Federal government employees planning to pay for their own accommodations should contact us for more details.
Confirmation Numbers: All hotel reservations will be submitted to the hotel in late June; and an email, complete with confirmation number, will follow in July.
